Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

CampusCore ("CampusCore", "the Service") is operated by Campus core ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Campus core. If you are using CampusCore on behalf of a school, organization, or another person, you confirm you have authority to agree to these terms on their behalf. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement in your country, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise continuing to use CampusCore, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

3. What CampusCore provides

CampusCore is a student productivity web application offering an AI study coach, a homework and habit planner, budgeting and savings tools, college tools, and a points-based rewards system. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected, for your own personal or educational use.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Acceptable use and misuse

You must not:

  • use CampusCore for any unlawful purpose, or for fraud, spam, or deceptive activity;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, bypassing rate limits or plan restrictions, or scraping the Service;
  • harass, bully, threaten, or impersonate other users;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or any part of it;
  • submit graded work generated by the AI coach where your school prohibits it, or otherwise use the Service to violate your institution's academic integrity policy.

6. AI features — acceptable use and accuracy

The AI study coach generates explanations, summaries, flashcards, quizzes, and study plans in response to your prompts. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for having the rights to any content you upload, and for how you use the outputs. You must not use the AI features to produce illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, malware, deepfakes or impersonation of real people, or to attempt to jailbreak or circumvent our safety controls.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are for study support only and are not professional academic, financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. Always verify important information before you rely on it. Our budgeting and savings tools are informational and do not constitute financial advice.

As between you and us, you retain rights in the content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts where content breaches these Terms. If you believe content on CampusCore infringes your rights, contact us through the contact page and we will review it; repeat infringers lose access.

7. Intellectual property

Campus core retains all right, title, and interest in and to CampusCore, including the software, design, branding, logos, documentation, and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you beyond the limited right to use the Service described above.

8. Service level and warranties

We work hard to keep CampusCore available, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results obtained from it will be accurate or reliable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Plans, payment, and billing

CampusCore offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription billed monthly. Prices shown at checkout are the prices that apply. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account — cancellation stops future renewals.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CampusCore, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules. Where reasonable and lawful, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

When your access ends, your paid features stop at the end of the period you have paid for and your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window. Contact us before closing your account if you want a copy of your data.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, grades, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Campus core against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes, assignment, and force majeure

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Campus core is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you locally.

15. Contact
